    room issues

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in easy and pleasant. However, I encountered a few maintenance issues in my room, including cleanliness concerns, which detracted from my experience. Overall, it's a good option for a short stay, especially for those wanting a central location.

    subpar cleanliness
    crappy breakfast

Our room was never properly cleaned during our stay. The bathroom faucet only delivered scalding hot water, which was dangerous. We also had to call multiple times just to get enough towels and coffee. Breakfast was a disaster. they constantly ran out of items, making it frustrating to start our mornings.
